1. What digital marketing services do you offer?

I work across SEO, social media marketing, content creation, content marketing, audience research, email marketing, analytics, and digital strategy.

SEO helps a website become easier to discover through search engines. With the right keywords and optimization, it can improve visibility and bring relevant visitors to a brand.

Social media allows brands to connect directly with their audience, share valuable content, build trust, and encourage meaningful engagement.

Good content should be useful, clear, relevant, and created with a specific audience in mind. It should provide value while supporting the brand’s goals.

5. How do you understand a target audience?

I look at audience interests, needs, search behaviour, common questions, challenges, and buying intent to understand what type of content and communication will connect with them.

Performance can be evaluated through metrics such as website traffic, engagement, conversions, audience behaviour, and other campaign-specific goals.

Yes, Small businesses can use digital channels to reach specific audiences, build brand awareness, generate leads, and develop an online presence without relying only on traditional marketing.

I focus on understanding the audience first, setting a clear objective, choosing the right channels, creating useful content, and reviewing performance to identify areas for improvement.
